ORDERS AND OFFERS
Orders and Offers are subject to Multiplex Computer Services’s acceptance and may be refused due to incomplete information or any other issue found at Multiplex Computer Services’s discretion. After ordering a product, make sure you receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. In case you do not receive an email, you must contact us before making another order for the same product.

RETURN AND REFUND
Multiplex Computer Services does not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds. However we do make exceptions in case you

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product otherwise we will be unable to assist you and address concerns.
The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same instrument that was used to transact on the Multiplex Computer Services website. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.
Products which are not damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.

WARRANTIES
Multiplex Computer Services does not warrant that this site or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. You understand and agree that any materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the site is at your own discretion and risk and that you would be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of materials.
